Patrick Sebastien is a movement and breath training expert with a background in martial arts (Muay Thai / MMA), functional fitness, and most recently golf-specific performance training.

THAI BOX
A combination of martial arts and fitness training, blending Muay Thai, Self-Defense and Functional Fitness training. These workouts are designed to challenge people of all skill and fitness levels, ages 15 to 75.
Personal Training and Group Sessions are available.

GOLF TRAINING
Applying martial arts principles to golf training, these training sessions focus on golf-specific strength, mobility, and technical training, designed to improve all aspects of your game - technical, physical, and mental.
Personal Training and Small Group Sessions are available.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Challenge your body and focus your mind with a balance of strength, mobility, and endurance training.
Sessions are adapted to your needs, from high intensity training for athletes to lower intensity sessions for recovery and chronic pain management.
PERSONAL TRAINING
1-on-1 personal training programs are designed specifically to your needs and to help you achieve your short term and long term goals.
Thai Boxing, Golf Training, Functional Fitness, or a combination of styles are available as part of a personal training program.
