Combinations of movement and breath training recreate the challenge and release required to trigger a flow state.
Personal Coaching
Everybody is on their own journey, which is why every personal coaching package is designed specifically to your needs.
Movement options include: Functional Fitness (Strength and Mobility), Thai Boxing, and Yoga-inspired movement.
Personal Coaching packages also include Breath Training and Meditation. The combination of movement and breath is how we access the power of Flow and get in the Zone.

Group Classes
Thai Box Training (@ Athletica Studio)
Thai Box Training combines functional fitness and martial arts to provide a complete workout that challenges your body and mind. Every session will focus on strength and mobility training, while introducing different techniques from Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and self-defense.
No experience required. Boxing gloves and wraps recommended.

Flow Training (@ Athletica Studio)
This class is designed based on the concept of Flow, a powerful state where you feel and perform at your best. To help trigger this state, every session will include 30 minutes of movement training, inspired by body weight training and yoga, followed by a 20 minute group meditation session.
This blend of movement and breath is designed to challenge the body and mind.
Saturdays - 11AM
Cost: $25
The 2-hour Experience
Though each class is great on its own, they can be combined for a complete warrior experience, blending the higher intensity of Thai Box Training and the body-mind focus of Flow.
Cost: $45
