STRESS TO PERFORM
A practical guide to understanding stress, regulating your nervous system, and performing more consistently — in work, sport, and everyday life.
Why I wrote this
I spent years struggling with my own physical and mental reactions to pressure.
Not because I lacked ability — but because stress consistently changed my state.
Once I understood how the nervous system influences focus, clarity, and execution, everything shifted. Performance became more stable, not just in specific contexts, but across life.
This guide is a distillation of that process — and of the same principles I use in my coaching today.
